OSDC 2006 Open for Business

Well, today is the first day of the Open Source Developer's conference in Melbourne, Australia. I will be attending myself from tomorrow, so if anyone wants to come up and say "Hi," please do so!

Richard Jones is also heavily involved, and Maurice Ling is also presenting. Unfortunately, we don't have t-shirts or anything, so you'll have to work it out from the program. Maybe next year...

Also, we will almost certainly have an OSDC article full of photographs and comments about this major event. Should there be sufficient content, we may even have an OSDC special edition, but it is more likely that we will simply include it in what is gearing up to be a real bumper edition of The Python Papers for February.

Cheers,
